The Shelter Island Action Alliance — which leaped into the breach during the height of the pandemic shutdown to help Island restaurants stay afloat while feeding frontline medical workers — is teaming up with SALT Waterfront Bar & Grill for a fundraiser.
We checked out the new Café at the Dering Harbor Inn this week and, a few nutritious and refreshing calories later, are glad to recommend that you try it, too.
