Sylvester Manor's new farm director Cristina Cosentino isn't entirely new to Shelter Island. She spent 2015 working as a Manor apprentice, farming and learning tractor and machinery maintenance.

Art Show and Crafts Fair

With the holiday season upon us, the red-robed, white-bearded saint will make an appearance at the St. Nicholas Fair on Saturday, December 4 from 9 AM to 3 PM. Grab your mask, a pair of gloves, and a coffee can and fill it up with homemade cookies at the Cookie Walk.
All are welcome to attend the Fifth Annual Windmill Cocktail Party at Sylvester Manor. Proceeds from the event support the restoration and preservation of the 1810 Dominy Windmill.
