The 10th Annual Farm to Table Benefit at Sylvester Manor is Saturday, June 24, from 6 to 10:30 PM. The celebration is the highlight of the nonprofit’s fundraising calendar.
Festivities begin with an “Endless Cocktail Party” under a tent on the upper lawn. The Manor will be serving cocktails, a locally-sourced raw bar, freshly made sushi, and a multitude of delicious canapés.
The buffet dinner, under a second tent along Gardiner’s Creek, features pasta, East End specialty grill stations, and Sylvester Manor farm-fresh salad, along with vegetarian selections and indulgent sweet treats.
A DJ will be playing favorite tunes until 10:30 PM, and guests can dance the night away as the sun sets over the creek. Attire is outdoor festive.
Tickets begin at $650 per person (discounted to $350 for those aged 21 to 35), with tables of 10 ranging from $10,000 to $25,000. Purchase your tickets at sylvestermanor.org.
