Join VSC on Easter for dinner after 5 PM. Seasonal additions to the menu include smoked andouille sausage with hot mustard and apple cider BBQ sauce for an appetizer; orecchiette pasta with house-made duck meatballs in a fresh herb, kale, and parmesan broth, and a pan-seared fillet of bass with roasted roots and broccoli raab.
