An old pal Steve Uh — who has been sheltered with his family on the Island lately to be near bandmates Tom Hashagen and Lisa Shaw — shared a delightful song that he wrote about the joy of traveling to this magical place.
Tom and Lisa join him in this YouTube video recorded earlier this summer, along with Pat Falco on bass. We first met Steve and Pat back when our kids were at North Shore Schools in Nassau County (where they were music teachers and I was on the school board).
Glad to know he and his family have caught the Shelter Island bug!
