An experienced AP news reporter and editor, Julia has also worked at daily and weekly newspapers. Shelter Island Gazette managing editor, she's also co-publisher with her husband, Eddie. A former school board president, Julia served on the board at the Shelter Island Public Library and is a trustee at Sylvester Manor.
