The Islander
Enjoy comfort food for all the family at The Islander. There’s something for everyone with breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. From holiday pancakes to a pesto chicken sandwich or family-style dinners, The Islander can please the pickiest eaters (see menu). Marie Eiffel Market
Stock up on all your favorites before the season ends at Marie Eiffel Market. Your favorite baguettes, pâtisserie, and gourmet items, including a wide selection of specialty prepared foods, will be available by special order to stock your freezer for winter. Shelter Island Pharmacy
The Soda Fountain at the Shelter Island Pharmacy is a favorite as college kids roll in for the holiday break. Treat yourself for breakfast or lunch, or choose one of the dinner specials offered on Monday nights. Take out only — from the best egg sandwich to a tasty grilled cheese and milkshake. Shelter Island Slice
Let the experts at Shelter Island Slice toss the dough for your favorite pizza. Or, try a delicious cauliflower crust gluten-free pizza during the holiday week. STARs Café
STARs Café is usually open daily for all-day breakfast and lunch with authentic Tex-Mex fare and delicious muffins and specialty coffees. Plus, Thursday night is Burger Night, which offers tasty chicken wings for a special treat when you don’t want to cook (see menus). Vine Street Café and VSC Market
Enjoy festive specials or a la carte menu classics from miso-glazed salmon to steak au poivre. Vine Street Café will be open on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
