Sign up for the 13th annual Turkey Plunge on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Rain or shine (or snow), participants will dive into the icy waters off Crescent Beach. Teams and costumes are encouraged.
The event benefits the Friends of the Shelter Island Public Library, a nonprofit that provides funds to the library beyond those available through the annual tax-supported budget.
The 13th annual Turkey Plunge takes place on Saturday, November 26, at 11 AM. Meet up at Crescent Beach, and don’t be late! This is the shortest fundraiser you’ll ever attend.
