The Shelter Island School chapter of the National Honor Society welcomed new members in a modified ceremony Thursday. Congratulations to them all!

Due to the pandemic, no spectators could attend. But advisor Janine Mahoney provided these images and details.

The National Honor Society new members are: back row left to right, Ben Waife, Hayden Rylott, and Elijah Davidson; second row left to right, Sebastian Quigley-Dunning, and John Febles Torres; and front row left to right, Emma Teodoru, Andrea Napoles, and Angelina Rice.

New officers, left to right, are Vice President Brandon Velasquez, Treasurer Nicholas Mamisashvili, President Theodore Olinkiewicz, and Secretary Francis Regan.
