The Shelter Island Justice Court December 2 docket had 40 cases, including one for assault in the 3rd degree that resulted in a plea agreement with fines totaling $375 and a two-year order of protection for the victim, according to a report by the court clerk.

The Shelter Island Justice Court November 18 docket had 23 cases, including one for driving while intoxicated that resulted in a plea agreement with fines totaling $900, a six-month license revocation and use of an ignition interlock device for one year, according to a report by the court clerk.
