Perlman Music Program alumna Hannah Tarley returns to Shelter Island as part of the 2019 Stires-Stark Alumni Recital series. The violinist, winner of the Astral 2018 National Auditions, will play Saturday, May 18, 5 p.m. at PMP's Clark Arts Center.
