Scott G. Sivco, 30, of Shelter Island was arrested Monday following an investigation and charged with criminal trespass in the 3rd degree, according to a Shelter Island Police Department (SIPD) report.
Sivco was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on November 4, the report said. He was arraigned at Shelter Island Justice Court where he was released on his own recognizance and directed to return at a later date, says the report issued by SIPD Det./Sgt. Jack Thilberg.
