Accessible in English or Spanish, this hub allows you to schedule a first or second dose of the vaccine, or change or cancel an existing appointment at a number of Suffolk County vaccination locations.
The Town announced last week it would no longer provide assistance for scheduling vaccines except for those who are over age 65 and do not have computer access or are having trouble with the available options for registering online. Individuals who fit that profile may contact the Senior Services office at 631-749-1059.
